基于持续负荷曲线及大数据的峰谷分时电价用户响应研究 被引量:2

摘要 以持续负荷曲线洛桑德公式为理论基础,提出了峰谷分时电价实施前1年的年典型日售电负荷曲线溯源方法,给出了典型日售电负荷曲线中峰、平、谷电量的算式,将峰谷分时电价实施前后2年的典型日售电负荷曲线相比较,可计算出分时电价实施前后年度峰、平、谷电量的变化,据已确定的峰、平、谷电价,即可得到反映地区一级峰谷分时电价用户综合响应的指标,即响应度曲线斜率K_(f/g)和峰电量转移率与总电费变化率的比值。经算例验证显示,所提方法简明有效。 Based on the Rossander formula of Load Duration Curve(LDC),the method of tracing the annual typical daily electricity sales load curve of one year before the implementation of peak-valley TOU is proposed.The calculation formula of peak,flat and valley power in typical daily electricity sales load curve is given.The annual peak,flat and valley electricity quantity changes before and after the implementation of TOU can be calculated by comparing the typical daily electricity sales load curve of the two years before and after the implementation of TOU.According to the determined peak,flat and valley electricity prices,the index reflecting the comprehensive response of first-level peak-valley electricity price users in the region can be obtained,that is,the ratio of the slope of responsivity curve K_(f/g)and peak electricity transfer rate to the change rate of total electricity charges.Calculation examples show that the proposed method is both simple and effective.
