摘要
超临界600 MW汽轮机主蒸汽进汽插管长期运行在超临界工况下,机组设计在插管表面堆焊司太立合金以增加耐冲刷及抗振动冲击能力,保障机组安全稳定运行。分析了某超临界汽轮机主蒸汽高压进汽插管司太立合金出现裂纹的原因,经模拟实验和现场实践后提出了司太立合金裂纹的修复工艺,为同类型机组司太立合金裂纹的修复提供了借鉴。
When the main steam inlet pipe of supercritical 600 MW steam turbine operates in a long term in the supercritical conditions,the unit is designed to overlay Stellite alloy on the intubation surface to increase the resistance to erosion and shock resistance,so as to ensure the safe operation of the unit.In this paper,the cracking causes of Stellite alloy in the main steam high pressure inlet pipe of a supercritical steam turbine are analyzed.The repairing technique of Stellite alloy crack is proposed after the simulation experiment and field practice,which can provide reference for the repair of Stellite alloy crack in the same type of unit.
