摘要 针对某锅炉部分垂直水冷壁易超温、低负荷运行过程中热偏差较大导致综合主汽温度偏低的问题,通过一次风调平、一二次风配比、二次风旋流强度优化等燃烧调整优化后,水冷壁超温及汽温偏低问题得到了极大改善,锅炉机组的安全性与经济性得到了有效保障和明显提升。 In order to deal with the problem that the integrated main steam temperature is comparatively low due to the large thermal deviation in the process of low load operation and easy overtemperature of part of vertical water wall of a boiler,combustion adjustment and optimization through primary air leveling,primary and secondary air ratio,secondary air swirl intensity optimization are carried out.Thus,the problems of water wall overtemperature and comparatively low steam temperature have been greatly improved.And the safety and economy of boiler unit have been effectively guaranteed and obviously enhanced.
