摘要
可再生能源具有随机性和间歇性的特点,然而随着分布式电网的渗透率不断提高,其并网也给传统电网带来了可靠性降低、双向潮流、电能质量恶化等问题,传统电网的被动调压策略已难以为继。主动配电网能支撑分布式电源的消纳,通过有载分接开关(OLTC)协调可实现电压控制。本文旨在阐述基于OLTC协调的主动配电网控制研究,先说明OLTC调压对功率的影响,介绍各传统电网调压方法,并指出了各方法的弊端。再阐述基于OLTC调压的主动配电网电压控制方案,最后对该领域进行了展望和总结。
As featured of stochastic and intermittency,the renew able energy sources bring uncertainty,bilateral power flow to distribution network,which may lead to power supply reliability reduction,power quality deterioration and so on.The passive voltage regulation strategy of the traditional power grid is no longer sustainable.The active distribution network can support the consumption of distributed power sources,and voltage control can be realized through coordination of on-load tap changers(OLTC).This paper aims to explain the research on active distribution network control based on OLTC coordination.The mechanism of OLTC voltage regulation and various traditional grid voltage regulation methods are described in the start,and pointed out the drawbacks of each method.Furthermore,the active distribution network voltage control schemes based on OLTC voltage regulation are elaborated.Finally,future trends about this field are summarized.
