浙江省生态经济协调发展研究

Analysis of the Development Balance Between Environment and Economy in Zhejiang Province

生态环境建设与社会经济发展之间的协调关系对于区域可持续发展具有重要的推动作用。本文以浙江省为研究对象,通过层次分析法构建浙江省生态—经济协调发展综合评价指标体系,基于SuperMap iDesktop 9D分析浙江省各市生态与经济发展协调程度。结果表明,1)浙东北生态—经济总指数优于浙西南生态—经济总指数,是经济发展和生态保护共同作用的结果;2)通过城西科创大走廊、美丽乡村2个典型的实例研究,展示了新兴经济与传统经济视角下浙江省生态经济协调发展情况;3)只有生态环境和社会经济发展二者协调发展,才能实现真正意义上的可持续发展。

The harmonious relationship between ecological environment construction and socio-economic development plays an important role in promoting regional sustainable development.Taking Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological and economic coordinated development in Zhejiang Province through an analytic hierarchy process,and analyzes the coordination degree of ecological and economic development of cities in Zhejiang Province based on SuperMap idesktop 9D.The results show that:1)The total eco economic index of northeast Zhejiang is better than that of Southwest Zhejiang,which is the result of the joint action of economic development and ecological protection.2)Through two typical case studies of the west corridor and beautiful countryside,this paper shows the coordinated development of ecological economy in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of an emerging economy and traditional economy.3)Only the coordinated development of ecological environment and social and economic development can the society realize the real sustainable development.
