三维车削与钻铣过程温度与应力分布的有限元模拟

摘要 本文采用有限元方法模拟了三维车削与钻孔过程中工件与刀具的应力与温度分布,结果表明车削温度远高于工件与刀具的温度,应力只有刀具和工件接触部位最高,基体中应力较低且分布均匀。 This article uses the finite element method to simulate the stress and temperature distribution of the workpiece and cutting tool in the process of 3D turning,drilling and milling.The results show that the temperature of the turning is much higher than that of the workpiece and cutting tool.The stress peaks only in the part of contact with the cutting tool and workpiece,and is relatively low in the matrix and evenly distributed.
