基于LabVIEW的装配车体挠度无线快速测量系统

摘要 针对目前装配车体挠度测量方法存在测量精度不高、测量实时性差、测量效率低的问题,文章提出装配车体挠度无线快速测量系统设计。通过对ZigBee挠度测量数据无线传输系统进行设计,并采用ADS1115模数转换模块实现挠度测量数据高精度转换,实现装配车体挠度无线快速测量。挠度测量控制平台基于LabVIEW进行搭建,控制挠度测量系统挠度采集数据及对挠度测量数据进行显示。试验表明,测量系统可实现装配车体挠度无线快速测量,具有参考意义。 In view of the problem of low measurement accuracy,poor real-time measurement,and low measurement efficiency in current assembly car body deflection measurement methods,this paper studies the design of a wireless rapid measurement system for assembly car body deflection.The ZigBee deflection measurement data wireless transmission system is designed,and the ADS1115 analog-to-digital conversion module is used to realize the high-precision conversion of deflection measurement data,realizing the wireless rapid measurement of the assembly car body deflection.The deflection measurement control platform is built based on LabVIEW to control the deflection data acquisition of the deflection measurement system and display the deflection measurement data.The test shows that the measurement system can realize the wireless rapid measurement of the deflection of the assembled car body.The research has important reference value.
