首先阐述了环境影响评估和排污许可衔接的关键作用,如严格把控环境准入关、为环保工作的开展提供助推力,然后分析了衔接过程中存在的主要问题,包括衔接不顺畅、控制机制缺乏完善性与可行性等,进而提出几项改善措施,希望能为相关研究提供参考。

Firstly,this paper explained the key role of the connection between environmental impact assessment and pollution discharge permit,such as strictly controlling environmental access and providing a boost for the development of environmental protection work,then analyzed the main problems in the connection process,including the unsmooth connection,lack of perfection and feasibility of the control mechanism,etc.,and then proposed several improvement measures,hoping to provide reference for related research.
