摘要
为保证山东华电龙口电厂四期660 MW机组制粉系统的安全运行,通过抽取引风机出口炉烟,根据使用要求掺入到每台磨煤机入口来保证制粉系统和磨煤机的安全运行,解决主、再热气温不足,水冷壁结焦,高温腐蚀和蠕胀等问题,减少喷氨量和氨逃逸,进而提升锅炉效率。以山东华电龙口电厂为例,对制粉系统掺炉烟在新建660 MW机组的应用进行了探讨。
To ensure the safe operation of the pulverizing system of the 660 MW unit of Phase IV of Huadian Longkou Power Plant of Shandong,the smoke from the outlet of the induced draft fan is extracted and mixed into the inlet of each coal mill according to the use requirements to ensure the safety operation of the pulverizing system and coal mill,solving the problems of insufficient reheating temperature,coking of water wall,high temperature corrosion and creeping expansion,reducing the amount of ammonia injection and ammonia escape,and then improving the efficiency of the boiler.Taking Huadian Longkou Power Plant of Shandong as an example,this paper discussed the application of furnace smoke mixing in the pulverizing system in the newly-built 660 MW unit.
