摘要
主要对综放柔模沿空留巷煤炭开采技术在高河煤矿E1302工作面的应用进行了研究。分析了高河煤矿E1302工作面的概况,设计了适合该工作面的综放柔模沿空留巷煤炭开采技术施工方式。该技术工艺简单,施工速度快,劳动强度低,效率高。基于现场试验分析了其应用结果,得出柔混柔模混凝土回弹强度离散性越大,混凝土强度越高。该项目的试验成果对高河煤矿高效开采、节省投资具有指导性意义。
This paper mainly studied the application of coal mining technology with flexible formwork gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized caving in E1302 working face of Gaohe Coal Mine.The general situation of E1302 working face of Gaohe Coal Mine was analyzed,and the construction method of the coal mining technology with flexible formwork gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized caving suitable for the working was designed.The technology is of simple process,fast construction speed,low labor intensity and high efficiency.Its application results were analyzed based on the field tests.It was concluded that the greater the dispersion of the rebound strength of the flexible concrete,the higher the concrete strength.The test results of the project have guiding significance for the efficient mining and investment saving of Gaohe Coal Mine.
