煤炭资源就地转化对经济发展效率影响的空间效应

Spatial Effects Analysis of the Local Conversion of Coal Resources Impacting Economic Development Efficiency

基于17个煤炭资源型省份2006—2017年的省级样本面板数据,采用探索性空间数据分析和空间计量模型考察了变量的空间分布与聚类状况,解析了煤炭资源就地转化对经济发展效率的直接效应、空间溢出效应和总效应,并分析了影响过程中的传导途径。结果表明:煤炭资源就地转化水平整体上存在显著的正向空间自相关性,大部分省区形成了"高-高""低-低"集聚现象;煤炭资源就地转化存在明显的空间溢出效应,其促进经济发展效率的直接效应和间接效应均较为显著;在煤炭资源就地转化影响经济发展效率的过程中,存在物质资本投资、科技创新投入、城镇化进程和政府干预程度四个传导途径。

Based on the panel data of 17 coal resource-based provinces from 2006 to 2017, the paper applied exploratory spatial data analysis and spatial econometric model to explore the spatial distribution and clustering conditions of variables, and then analyze the direct effects, spatial spillover effect and total effect of the local conversion of coal resources impacting economic development efficiency. Furthermore, the paper discussed the conduction pathways of the influencing process. The results showed that, on the wholed, there was a significant positive spatial auto-correlation in the local transformation of coal resources. And there were agglomeration phenomena of "high-high" and "low-low" in most provinces. Meanwhile, the local conversion of coal resources had an obvious spatial spillover effect, and it had significant both direct effect and indirect effect on promoting economic development efficiency. Finally, the transmission channels included material capital investment, scientific and technological innovation investment,urbanization process and government intervention degree.
