摘要
对于大孔径井孔的内径轮廓测量问题,现有的小口径钻孔孔径机械臂测量法与声波测量法等均存在相应的局限性。为进行大孔径井孔内径的精确测量,基于多种插值算法,依托于Matlab软件环境,设计一种用于大孔径井身结构三维成像的探测装置,并通过一组仿真算例,验证该装置配套算法的可行性。
Aiming at the problem of inner diameter profile measurement of large-diameter borehole,the existing small-diameter borehole diameter manipulator measurement method and acoustic measurement method have corresponding limitations.In order to accurately measure the inner diameter of large-diameter wellbore and realize the three-dimensional profile reconstruction of borehole wall,based on a variety of interpolation algorithms and relying on Matlab environment,a device for three-dimensional imaging of large-diameter borehole is designed,and the effect of the matching algorithm of the device is verified by a simulation example.
