摘要
西藏DG水电站大坝表孔弧门在制造和安装中采用单节串组代替整体组拼、公路架桥机吊装、门槽埋件后装等非常规的生产工艺和安装方法,解决了弧门安装施工干扰与制造、安装工期紧张的难题,经检测各项数据均符合设计和相关规范要求,质量达到优良标准;经2021年汛期运行检验,运行启闭正常、自如,证明采用门叶单节串组、侧轨埋件后装的技术是成功的。
In the manufacturing and installation of the radial gates of surficial overflow spillway in Xizang DG Hydropower Station,unconventional techniques are adopted to replace the overall assembly scheme,such as the single section string assembly method,hoisting with highway bridge erecting machine and post installation of embedded parts.It successfully solves the interference problem in the gate manufacturing and installation process and the tight construction schedule difficulty.Testing results show that the design and specification requirements are all satisfied and the construction quality is excellent.The practical opening and closing operation of the radial gates in the flood season in 2021 proves that the technology of single section string assembly and post installation of embedded parts of side rails is successful.
