DG水电站溢流坝段工作弧门架桥机吊装应用技术研究

摘要 根据西藏DG水电站施工现场布置、溢流坝段坝顶混凝土结构、金属结构安装位置、现场吊装设备布置、现场施工工期要求等,经研究采用具有安装拆卸简单、跨孔方便、速度快、易运行维护、故障率低、安全可靠性高等优点的架桥机进行弧门吊装。经对架桥机应具备的各项技术参数进行合理选型与布置,利用架桥机顺利、按时完成了弧门吊装的任务。 In Xizang DG Hydropower Station project,considering the construction site layout,the concrete structure at the crest of the overflow dam sections,the installation position of metal structures,the arrangement of the in-situ hoisting equipment,and the construction schedule requirement,the bridge erecting machine with the advantages of simple installation and disassembly,convenient hole crossing,fast speed,easy operation and maintenance,low fault fate,and high safety and reliability is adopted for the hoisting of the radial service gates.Reasonable technical parameters of the bridge erecting machine are selected and arranged.With this technique,the radial gate hoisting work is completed smoothly and on schedule.
