The new professional ability of professional librarians:data literacy and data service

本文指出数据素养与服务能力是大数据与智慧图书馆建设环境下专业馆员新型职业能力的核心,探讨了专业馆员作为文献资源建设者和服务提供者,数据素养及服务能力在资源建设、传统借阅服务升级、学科情报服务、空间服务、科学数据流通等工作中的体现,构建了分为四级的专业馆员数据素养与服务能力模型,提出了馆员职业能力的发展规划与方向。

Under the new environment of big data and intelligent library construction,this article pointed out that data literacy and data service were key abilities of librarians as literature resource constructors and providers,and discussed expression of the abilities in the construction of resources,upgrade of traditional borrowing service,subject information service,space service,data circulation service et al.This article also constructed a four⁃level professional librarian data literacy and service ability model,and proposed the development plan and direction of professional abilities of librarians.
