基于网络表达的民宿顾客感知价值维度与焦点——以池州为例 被引量:1

Value Dimension and Focus of Guest House Customers'Perceived Value Based on Network Expression—Taking Chizhou as an Example

摘要 民宿作为一种新型休闲旅游住宿方式,成为带动全域旅游发展的重要抓手。选取池州民宿作为研究对象,以携程旅行网平台上的发表的在线评论为样本,借助ROSTCM6.0软件中词频分析、语义网络分析方法对民宿顾客感知价值的具体维度及焦点进行实证分析,结果显示:民宿顾客感知价值由功能价值、环境价值、交互价值、认知价值和社会价值五个维度13个类别构成;“老板”“整洁”“房间”“热情”“便捷”是民宿客人关注的焦点。丰富民宿顾客感知价值理论的同时为池州民宿发展提供建议。 As a new type of leisure and tourism accommodation,homestays have become an important starting point for driving the development of global tourism.Selecting Chizhou homestay as the research object,taking online reviews published on the Ctrip.com platform as a sample,using word frequency analysis and semantic network analysis in the ROSTCM6.0 software to conduct an empirical analysis on the specific dimensions and focus of the guest's perceived value.The results show that:the guest's perceived value is composed of 13 categories in five dimensions:functional value,environmental value,interactive value,cognitive value,and social value;“boss”,“cleanliness”,“room”,“enthusiasm”and“convenience”are homestays The focus of the guest's attention.While enriching the perceived value theory of homestay customers,it also provides suggestions for the development of Chizhou homestay.
