基于ArcGIS分析的青少年体育俱乐部空间分布问题及优化策略研究——以长沙市为例

Research on the Spatial Distribution and Optimization Paths of Changsha Youth Sports Clubs Based on ArcGIS Analysis

采用GIS空间分析法对青少年体育俱乐部空间分布的现状进行分析,以探寻青少年体育俱乐部在空间分布上存在的问题,并以此为基础提出优化策略。研究结果显示:青少年体育俱乐部主要存在空间分布不合理且呈偏中心分布态势、俱乐部服务范围不足、边缘城区青少年体育俱乐部与青少年体育空间耦合性差等问题。因此,基于青少年体育俱乐部在公共体育服务中应发挥的职能和“为谁服务”,以及如何规划和布局青少年体育俱乐部才能最大化保障“青少年公共体育服务均等化”等几个维度的思考提出要加强政策引导。如,均衡布局,填补“真空地带”;依托青少年生活空间:布局好青少年身边的社会组织;优化俱乐部层级结构:有效扩大青少年体育俱乐部的辐射范围,以期为优化青少年体育俱乐部规划布局提供有益启示。

GIS spatial analysis method is used to study the current situation of the spatial distribution of the youth sports clubs in Changsha,in order to explore the problems existing in the spatial distribution of the youth sports clubs in Changsha,and propose optimization strategies based on this.The results of the study show that the youth sports clubs in Changsha mainly have uneven spatial distribution,mainly in a skewed distribution of centers,insufficient service coverage of youth sports clubs,and poor coupling between youth sports clubs in fringe urban areas and youth sports.Based on this,this article is based on the three-dimensional thinking of the functions that youth sports clubs should play in public sports services,“for whom”and how to plan and deploy youth sports clubs to maximize the protection of“the equalization of youth public sports services”.And it is also proposed to strengthen policy guidance:balanced layout,filling the“vacuum zone”,relying on the living space of teenagers,laying out the social organizations around teenagers,optimizing the hierarchical structure of clubs,and effectively expanding the radiation scope of youth sports clubs.with a view to optimizing the planning and layout of youth sports clubs to provide useful inspiration.
