基于因子分析和聚类分析的我国财产保险业发展影响因素和地区差异分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Regional Differences of Property Insurance Development in China Based on Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis

为了分析我国财产保险业发展的影响因素和地区差异,选取了人均可支配收入、国内生产总值、总人口、人均受教育年限、社会保障福利费、财产保险公司资产和财产保费收入等7个影响我国财产保险的因素,通过因子分析进行降维,用2个指标代替以上7个指标,并运用聚类分析来分析财产保险在我国31个地区之间的差异。结果表明,东南部绝大多数省市的财产保险业发展较好,其中以广东省发展最好,山西等省自治区发展较慢(落后)。为了提高我国财产保险整体的发展水平,国家相关部门应该在保证东南部发展的基础上,制定针对性政策、措施,促进我国西北部地区财产保险业的发展。

To analyze the influencing factors and regional differences of the development of China’s property insurance industry,7 factors affecting China’s property insurance were selected,including per capita disposable income,GDP,total population,per capita years of education,social security benefits,assets and property premium income of property insurance companies.The dimension was reduced and two indexes were used to replace the above seven indexes by factor analysis.Cluster analysis was used to analyze the differences of property insurance in 31 regions of China.The results showed that the property insurance industry in most southeast provinces and municipalities develops well,among which Guangdong Province is the best,and the provinces and autonomous regions including Shanxi Province develop slowly(backward).In order to improve the overall development level of property insurance in China,national authorities should formulate targeted policies and measures on the basis of ensuring the development of Southeast China,to promote the development of property insurance industry in Northwest China.
