摘要
脑保护治疗是心脏骤停患者心肺复苏成功并获得良好预后的关键措施之一。尽管心肺复苏救治成功率在提升,但由于心肺复苏后续治疗不足,心脏骤停患者心肺复苏后的预后并未得到明显改善。为了减轻脑损伤,改善心脏骤停患者的存活率和神经功能预后,本文就《2020中国心脏骤停后脑保护专家共识》中的药物治疗部分进行解读,内容主要涉及脑保护的治疗方法和药物治疗选择。
Neuroprotection is one of the key measures for successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation with good prognosis for patients with cardiac arrest(CA).Although the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation has increased,the prognosis of patients with CA after cardiopulmonary resuscitation has not been significantly improved due to insufficient follow-up treatment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.In order to reduce brain damage and improve the survival and neurological prognosis of patients with CA,we interpreted the part of drug treatment in 2020 experts consensus statement on neuroprotection after CA in China,which mainly involved the treatments of brain protection and drug therapy selection.
