新时代深化高职教育产教融合的路径分析 被引量:2

摘要 我国高职院校产教融合经过多年的实践,取得了有目共睹的成效,但在经济社会发展的新阶段,产教融合存在的深层次问题也逐渐暴露出来,如各参与主体定位不准确,创新能力不足,参与各方的价值取向不同,政府错位、行业缺位等现象普遍存在,从而对产教融合的具体实施者不但没有形成有效的激励机制、保障机制,反而都是出现问题后的问责、投诉等,导致产教融合更多地流于形式。为此,在新时代,如何加强产教融合的内涵建设,如何在产教融合实践和改革中直面痛点、难点,寻找解决问题的突破口和实现产教融合可持续发展路径是目前亟需探讨的问题。 After years of practice,the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in our country has achieved obvious results.However,in the new stage of economic and social development,the deep-seated problems of integration of industry and education have gradually been exposed.For example,the positioning of each participant is inaccurate,the innovation ability is insufficient,the value orientation of the parties involved are different,the government dislocation,industry absence and other phenomena are common,so that the specific implementers of the integration of industry and education have not formed an effective incentive mechanism and guarantee mechanism.On the contrary,it is the phenomenon of accountability and complaints after problems,which leads to the integration of industry and education becoming more of a mere formality.Therefore,in the new era,how to strengthen the connotation construction of the integration of industry and education,how to face the pain points and difficulties in the practice and reform of the integration of industry and education,find breakthroughs to solve the problems and realize the sustainable development path of the integration of industry and education are urgently needed to be explored.
