高频焊接H型钢与其他H型钢相比,具有尺寸精度高、规格丰富、截面惯性矩较大、热影响小等优点。根据市场调研结果,高频焊接H型钢市场需求量较大,且上升趋势明显,新疆和西北地区无该产品产线,具备较好的研发市场条件。文章介绍了在H型钢生产线设计、安装、调试和规模化生产过程中,对其中关键设备和关键技术进行消化吸收,对一些不足进行了适应性改进,形成了完整的生产工艺规程、质量关键控制点,实现了批量生产。产品经自检和第三方检验,产品质量符合JG/T 137-2007的要求。

Compared with other H-section steels,high-frequency welded H-section steel has the advantages of high dimensional accuracy,rich specifications,large section moment of inertia and small heat effect. According to the market research results,the market demand for high-frequency welded H-section steel is large,and the upward trend is obvious. There is no production line of this product in Xinjiang and Northwest China,so it has good R & D market conditions. This paper introduces that in the process of design,installation,commissioning and large-scale production of H-beam production line,the key equipment and key technologies are digested and absorbed,some deficiencies are adaptively improved,a complete production process specification and key quality control points are formed,and mass production is realized. After self inspection and third-party inspection,the product quality meets the requirements of JG/T137-2007.
