摘要
文章介绍了八钢1750热轧厂在前期的生产过程中出现的带钢边部丝状异物压入缺陷的情况。通过对轧线工艺通道的检查以及缺陷形貌的分析比较,找出了造成缺陷的原因并提出针对性措施:增加机架间逆喷水、更改侧导板衬板材质、优化侧导板开口度修正值等,提出了清洁生产的需求,多措并举减少了带钢异物压入的缺陷率,提高了产品质量。
This paper introduces the press in defect of filamentous foreign matter at the edge of strip steel in the early production process of 1750 hot rolling plant of Bayi Steel. Through the inspection of the process channel of the rolling line and the analysis and comparison of the defect morphology,the causes of the defects are found out,and the targeted measures are put forward: increasing the reverse water spray between the stands,changing the lining material of the side guide plate,optimizing the correction value of the opening of the side guide plate,etc. the demand for cleaner production is put forward,and multiple measures are taken to reduce the defect rate of foreign matter pressing into the strip steel and improve the product quality.
