基于区块链的中医电子病历高效查询方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着可信时代的到来,人们对中医电子病历安全、高效查询的要求越来越高。针对中医电子病历查询无法兼顾数据安全性与查询性能的问题,提出一种基于区块链的中医电子病历高效查询方法。在用区块链不可篡改、去中心化的特性保证中医电子病历安全性的同时,通过分片策略与索引技术提高了中医药数据查询性能,并且实现了中医药数据的定值查询与范围查询。安全性分析显示,利用区块链技术可有效保障中医电子病历数据的安全性。利用真实数据集对该方法进行测试,实验结果表明,基于两个分片的查询相比不分片情况下的查询性能大幅提升,同时使用区块链索引的查询显著优于没有索引的查询,验证了该方法的可行性。 With the advent of the era of credibility,people have higher and higher requirements for the safe and efficient search of Chi⁃nese medical electronic medical records.Aiming at the problem that traditional Chinese medicine electronic medical record query can⁃not take into account data security and efficient query performance,propose an efficient query method for traditional Chinese medicine electronic medical records based on blockchain,which uses the non-tamperable and decentralized characteristics of blockchain to en⁃sure the security of traditional Chinese medicine electronic medical records.At the same time,through the sharding strategy and index⁃ing technology,the query performance of traditional Chinese medicine data is improved,and the fixed value query and range query of traditional Chinese medicine data are realized.Security analysis shows that the use of blockchain technology can effectively guarantee the security of traditional Chinese medicine electronic medical record data.The method is tested with real data sets.The experimental results show that the query performance based on sharding is improved compared with the data query without sharding.At the same time,the use of blockchain index is significantly better than the query without index,verifying the feasibility of the method's high effi⁃ciency.
