基于多级定价下超订分配的中欧公共班列舱位控制决策研究 被引量:1

摘要 在中欧铁路集装箱运输市场化改革的背景下,研究中欧公共班列舱位零散销售模式下的舱位控制问题。以班列公司为定价主体,提出基于货物时间价值的多级定价方案;在此基础上,考虑货物在发车前未按计划到达的可能,基于超订策略建立两阶段模型优化舱位控制:第一阶段确定超订运量,第二阶段根据超订运量分配舱位。由此形成多级定价下超订分配法(MPOSA)。结合模型特点,使用遗传算法和动态规划方法对两阶段模型分别求解。算例仿真结果表明:MPOSA可在满足货主多元需求的同时,显著提高班列公司的收益。 Under the background of the market-oriented reform of China-EU railway container transportation,the problem of slot inventory control for China Railway Express trains faced by the train operation companies in the retail mode was investigated.A multi-level pricing plan based on the theory of time value of goods was proposed while the train operation companies were taken as the price setters.Considering the possible no-show situation,a two-stage model to optimize the slot inventory control was established based on the overbooking strategy:the overbooking container quantity was determined in the 1st stage,while the slot allocation plan was optimized in the 2nd stage according to the overbooking quantity,as a result of which,the Multi-level Pricing and Overbooking Slot Allocation(MPOSA)method was proposed.Combining the characteristics of the model,genetic algorithm and dynamic programming method were employed to solve the two-stage model separately.The simulation results of the case study show that the MPOSA can meet the diverse demands of shippers while increasing the revenue of the train operation companies significantly.
