镭射喷铝防伪彩票纸印刷脱层问题的研究

Issue of Printing Delamination of Holographic Anti-counterfeiting Paper in Lottery Tickets

镭射喷铝防伪纸运用到即开型彩票中,在满足原有实用功能的同时,增加了彩票纸的观赏性和真实性。针对镭射喷铝防伪彩票纸印刷脱层问题,本研究通过傅里叶红外光谱、结合牢度和耐刮擦性能测试,以及不同固化功率对脱层影响的测试进行研究分析,测试结果表明脱层表面为镭射转移涂层,起关键作用的隔离油层固化不良时,会导致底涂和镭射转移涂层层间结合牢度差,出现脱层现象,同时耐刮擦性较差。本研究对镭射喷铝防伪纸在即开型彩票的产业化生产具有指导意义。

Holographic anti-counterfeiting paper is used in instant lottery,which not only meets the original practical function application in instant lottery,but also increases the appreciation and authenticity of the lottery paper.In this study,the delamination phenomenon of holographic anti-counterfeiting lottery paper was researched with the Fourier infrared spectrometer test,the combination fastness and scraping performance test,and the UV isolation oil curing efficiency test.The results showed that the delamination surface is the holographic transfer coating.When the key role of the isolation oil layer is poorly cured,it will lead to poor combination between the primer and the holographic transfer coating layer,and delamination phenomenon.The conclusion has a guiding significance for the industrial production of the holographic anti-counterfeiting paper in the instant lottery.
