核级高压差减压阀结构选型设计及性能验证

摘要 为满足三代非能动核电厂系统运行要求,进行了核级高压差减压阀样机研发。本文基于减压阀的性能参数要求,开展了结构选型设计,确定采用两级减压结构型式,并制作样机进行性能验证。结果表明,开发的两级减压阀满足基本性能指标要求。 A nuclear safety high-pressure-differential self-actuated pressure regulating valve is developed to meet operating requirements of advanced passive nuclear power plant system. A two-stage pressure regulating structure of the valve is designed to accomplish valve performance parameter requirements. A prototype of pressure regulating valve is manufactured and performance verification test isconducted on the prototype of pressure regulating valve,the results of which indicate that the basic performance parameter of the developed two-stage pressure regulating valve conforms to the requirements of specification.
