教师画像的前沿探讨:定义、概念框架与研究边界

The Frontier Discussion of Teachers’Portrait:Definition,Conceptual Framework and Boundary Studies

信息化时代不仅对教师提出高要求,还为教师提供了许多有助于教育的工具,比如教师画像。但是,目前教师画像还没有发展出一个真正意义上的理论,因此对教师画像进行系统的概念界定十分迫切。本文利用数据库检索查阅教师画像研究的相关文献,比较归纳教师画像定义,确定属性、特征与标签为教师画像的核心内涵,在此基础上初拟教师画像四维概念框架——刻画领域、形成过程、特征标签与具体表示,并最终提出教师画像的研究边界模型。

Information age not only puts forward high requirements to teachers,but provides teachers with many tools which are helpful to education,e.g.,teachers’portrait.However,at present,teachers’portrait has not developed a real theory.So,it is very urgent to conduct a systematic concept definition of teachers’portrait.This paper has utilized database to search and consult literature related to teachers’portrait,compared and summarized the definition of teachers’portrait,confirmed that nature,characteristics and labels are the core connotation of teachers’portrait,based on the above,made a preliminary proposition of four-dimension concept framework of teachers’portrait:characterization of field,formation process,characteristic label and specific representation,and finally put forward the boundary studies model of teachers’portrait.
