摘要
自升式平台桩靴遇到“三明治”状地质突然刺破持力层,发生穿刺而导致的事故时有发生。而桩靴入土太深,在拔桩过程中可能会对桩腿桩靴连接结构和升降系统造成一定的破坏。精确评估桩靴地基承载力、穿刺风险和拔桩可行性等,对保证自升式平台安全、高效作业是非常重要的。针对某自升式平台在预定海域作业的案例,综合运用经验公式和规范建议等方法进行地基承载力计算、穿刺风险评估及拔桩可行性分析,并对比该自升式平台在该作业海域的实际插拔桩数据进行分析研究,结果表明采用的计算评估方法有一定工程应用价值。
When the jack-up spudcan encounters“sandwich”type geological condition,it may punch through the bearing stratum suddenly and cause accident sometimes.However,if the spudcan penetration is too deep,the spudcan and pile leg connection structure and the jack-up system will be damaged to a certain extent.Therefore,it is very important to accurately evaluate the foundation bearing capacity,punch through risk and put-out feasibility of the jack-up spudcan to ensure the safety and efficient operation of the jack-up platform.In view of the cases of jack-up platform operation in preset sea area,the foundation bearing capacity,punch through evaluation and spudcan pull-out feasibility analysis of the jack-up platform were studied with comprehensive use of empirical formulas,specifications and suggestions,and compared with the actual data from operation site.The research results show that the calculation and evaluation method has certain engineering application value.
