摘要
滩浅海无井口隐患井主要是指因遭遇特大风暴潮或冰灾等而被损坏的油气井,该类隐患井因未对生产油气层挤封,井内留有管柱等而不满足国家安全环保相关管理规定,存在较大的生态环保风险。结合具体工程实例,在简要介绍滩浅海无井口隐患井概况的基础上,详细论述了滩浅海无井口隐患井核实井位的工艺方法、干式施工环境的创建、水泥覆盖物的清理、干式环境下井筒恢复工艺技术等,重点对单井和井组干式环境创建时的设计原则、设计案例、工作舱参数及抗环境载荷计算、工作舱强度校核等进行了深入的阐述。上述工作对类似工程的治理有较好的借鉴意义,也对形成一套完整的滩浅海无井口隐患井治理技术体系具有重要意义。
Shoal risk wells without wellhead mainly refer to oil and gas wells damaged by massive storm surge or ice disaster.The producing oil and gas layers around this kind of wells are not squeezed and sealed,and the pipe strings are kept in the wells,which does not meet the national related management regulations of safety and environmental protection,and there exist great ecological environmental protection risks.Combined with specific engineering examples,and on the basis of briefly introducing the general situation of shoal risk wells without wellhead,this paper detailedly discusses the technological method of verifying the well location,the creation of dry environment,the cleaning of cement coverings,and the technique of wellbore recovery under dry environment.The design principle for establishment of dry environment of single well and well group,the design case,the parameters of working chamber,the calculation of anti-environmental load and the strength check of working chamber are described in detail.Above work has good reference significance for the treatment of similar projects,and also has an important significance to formulate a complete set of management technology system of risk wells without wellhead.
