摘要
超大型FPSO是世界上结构最复杂、工艺流程控制最先进的深水开发装备之一,模块总体设计质量一般超过2.5×10^(4) t,其管廊模块是各个模块连接的中间枢纽。针对常规建造工艺在管廊模块的分片、运输、吊装、垫墩使用等方面存在的问题进行研究,总结提炼了框架式分片、可拆卸式运输框架标准化设计、吊点利用、标准化型钢垫墩等工艺改进措施,通过建造工艺流程标准化设计,从而实现降本增效,还可为后续类似项目提供技术参考。
Super-large FPSO is one of the most complex vessels with the most advanced process control for deepwater development in the world.The overall module design mass is generally more than 25000 t.The piperack module is the intermediate hub connecting each module.In view of the problems in the conventional construction process of the piperack module in the aspects of segmentation,transportation,lifting and use of support,the relevant researches were conducted.The framework segmentation,the standardized design of the detachable transportation frame,the use of the lifting padeye and the standardized section steel support were summarized and refined.The standardized construction process design reduces costs and increases efficiency,and also provides technical reference for subsequent similar projects.
