一种适用于大型导管架的运输装船工艺

摘要 以国内某大型导管架的自行式模块运输车(SPMT)运输装船作业为研究对象,对配车技术和运输装船技术进行了研究,对运输过程的稳性计算进行了校核,其抗倾覆力矩和稳性角均满足运输要求,对于整个运输装船的安全设计具有重要的参考价值。该工艺成功解决了海工场内使用SPMT运输大型导管架的瓶颈问题,为场内运输提供了更多解决方案,同时可解决滑道资源紧张问题,使海洋工程结构物可在非滑道区建造,提高了场地空间利用率。 This paper takes the transportation and loadout operation of self-propelled modular transporter(SPMT)for a domestic large jacket as the research object to study the SPMT distribution technique and the transportation and loadout technique.The stability calculation in the transportation process is checked,and the anti-overturning moment and stability angle meet the transportation requirements,which have important reference value for the safety design of the whole transportation and loadout.These techniques successfully solve the bottleneck of using SPMT to transport the large jacket in offshore yard,provide more solutions for the transportation in the yard,and solve the problem of shortage of skideway resources,so that the offshore engineering structures can be built in the area without skidway,and improve the utilization rate of site space.
