海上油田分层防砂分层采油技术

摘要 胜利海上油田主力层系馆陶组层多、跨度大、易出砂,目前采用笼统充填防砂方式,且防砂通径小,无法满足7 in生产套管分层采油要求;此外,生产测试采用毛细管测压技术,只能监测一个参数,制约了电泵井生产参数实时动态监测及优化。针对上述问题,开展了海上7 in套管分层防砂分层采油技术研究,鱼腔内径达到88 mm以上,配产器直径可设计到80 mm,泵下测试装置能满足温度、压力、振动等多参数测试要求,并在胜利油田陆上和海上开展了现场应用。现场试验结果表明,该技术实现了精细化控制分层采油与测试,实现增油4.25×10^(4) t,有效提高了油井产能,在多层非均质疏松砂岩油藏具有广阔的应用前景。 Guantao Formation as the main strata of Shengli offshore oilfield has many layers,large span and is easy to produce sand.At present,the general filling sand control method is adopted and the sand control orifice is small,which cannot meet the requirements of Ф7 in production casing for layered oil production.In addition,the production test adopts capillary pressure measuring technique,which can only measure one parameter and restricts the real-time dynamic monitoring and optimization of the production parameters of an electric pump well.In order to solve the problems,the research on offshoreФ7 in casing layered sand control and layered oil production technology has been carried out.After sand control,the inner diameter of the fish chamber can reach more than 88 mm,and the diameter of the production allocator can be designed to 80 mm.The test device under the pump can meet the multi-parameter test requirements of temperature,pressure and vibration,and has been applied on offshore and onshore sites in Shengli Oilfield.The field test results show that the technology has achieved fine controlled layered oil recovery and testing,gained an oil increase of 42500 t,effectively improved the productivity of the oil wells.The technology has a broad application prospect in heterogeneous unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs.
