吴国庆教授从“虚、热、瘀、毒”论治糖尿病肾病的经验

糖尿病肾病是一种病因繁杂、病机多变的慢性病,治疗难度颇高。吴国庆教授对糖尿病肾病有独到的诊疗经验,总结糖尿病肾病的病机为"虚""热""瘀""毒",认为"虚"是糖尿病肾病发病的根本原因,"热""瘀"是糖尿病肾病形成的物质基础,"毒"是影响疾病转归的关键因素。吴国庆教授指出糖尿病肾病多由非单一病因致病,在疾病进展过程中"虚""热""瘀""毒"常相互夹杂、影响,临证主张标本兼治,病证互参,以遏止疾病进展为出发点、中西结合、制定阶段性的治疗目标,采取多元化的治疗方案,条理清晰,临床运用疗效确切。

Diabetic nephropathy is a chronic disease with multifarious etiology and changing pathogenesis,which is difficult to treat.Professor Wu Guoqing has unique experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.He summed up the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy as"deficiency","heat","blood stasis",and"poison".He believed that"deficiency"is the root cause of diabetic nephropathy."Heat"and"blood stasis"are the material basis of the formation of diabetic nephropathy."Poison"is the key factor affecting the outcome of the disease.Professor Wu Guoqing pointed out that diabetic nephropathy is not caused by a single etiology and pathogenesis.In the process of disease progression,"deficiency","heat","blood stasis"and"poison"are often mixed and influenced by each other.Stop disease progression as the starting point,combine Chinese and Western,formulate staged treatment goals,adopt diversified treatment plans,clearly organized,and clinically effective.
