清湿驱毒汤联合左西替利嗪治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白E的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨清湿驱毒汤联合左西替利嗪治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床疗效及对血清IgE的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月期间河南省濮阳市中医院肛肠科收治的湿热下注型肛周湿疹患者108例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组采用单纯盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组采用清湿驱毒汤联合左西替利嗪治疗。治疗14 d后,观察比较两组患者临床疗效,测量两组患者外周血白细胞介素4(interleukin 4,IL-4)、血清免疫球蛋白E(Serum immunoglobulin E,IgE)含量,给予两组患者中医症状评分,记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率88.89%(48/54),对照组总有效率72.22%(39/54),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清IL-4、IgE水平改善情况优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组中医症候评分低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者无明显不良反应。结论清湿驱毒汤联合左西替利嗪治疗能够有效控制肛周湿疹患者,可降低患者炎症因子白介素4(IL-4)、血清IgE含量水平,抑制患者炎症,改善患者临床症状,提升患者临床疗效,安全性高。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingshi Qudu Decoction combined with Levocetirizine in the treatment of perianal eczema with damp-heat injection and the effect of serum IgE.Methods A total of 108 patients with damp-heat betting type perianal eczema who were admitted to the Department of Anorectal Diseases,Puyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan Province from January 2015 to January 2017,were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table.54 cases.The control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with Qingshi Qudu Decoction combined with levocetirizine.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.The levels of peripheral blood inflammatory factor interleukin 4(IL-4)and serum IgE were measured.The two groups were given TCM symptom scores,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 88.89%(48/54),and the total effective rate of patients in the control group was72.22%(39/54).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of serum IL-4 and IgE levels in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups.Academic significance(P<0.05),there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Qingshi Qudu Decoction combined with levocetirizine can effectively control patients with perianal eczema,reduce the levels of inflammatory factor interleukin-4(IL-4)and serum IgE,inhibit inflammation,improve clinical symptoms,and improve clinical efficacy.It has high safety.
