Renal Anemia(RA)is a common complication of chronic kidney disease,which seriously affects the standard of living and quality of patients with chronic kidney disease.In recent years,with the deepening of research on the treatment of renal anemia with traditional Chinese medicine,it has been discovered that the theory of"kidney producing marrow and marrow producing blood"is closely related to the treatment of renal anemia.This article combined the theory of"Kidney produces marrow,marrow produces blood"in traditional Chinese medicine and the scientific interpretation of it in modern medicine,analyzed the pathogenesis of renal anemia,and analyzed the clinical treatment of renal anemia with the method of"tonifying the spleen and kidney,replenishing essence and producing marrow".Scientific treatment programs of Chinese medicine,and the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of renal anemia were explored,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of renal anemia by Chinese medicine.
