疾病获益感在中晚期癌症患者尊严和生命质量间的中介效应

Mediating effect of benefit finding between dignity and quality of life for advanced cancer patients

目的探讨疾病获益感在中晚期癌症患者尊严水平及生命质量间的中介效应。方法便利选取浙江省某三级甲等中医院肿瘤科426例经病理确诊癌症的住院患者,采用癌症患者疾病获益感量表、癌症患者尊严量表及癌症患者生命质量核心量表实施调查。并采用相关分析、回归分析及结构方程模型检验疾病获益感的中介效应。结果癌症患者疾病获益感、尊严及生命质量总分及各维度间两两相关,相关系数绝对值介于0.203~0.697之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);疾病获益感在患者尊严和生命质量之间具有部分中介效应,占总效应的58.06%。结论患者尊严及疾病获益感对中晚期癌症患者生命质量具有良好的预测作用,疾病获益感在患者尊严和生命质量之间具有部分中介效应。

Objective To study the mediating effect of benefit finding between dignity and quality of life for advanced cancer patients.Method Choose 426 inpatients with pathologically diagnosed cancer from the oncology department of a top rank hospital of traditional Chinese medicine by convenient sampling.Investigate them by Benefit Finding Scale(BFS),Patient Dignity Inventory(PDI)and European Organization for Research and Treatment(EORTC QLQ-C30).Test the mediating effect of benefit finding by correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model.Result The total score and score on each dimension of benefit finding,dignity and quality of life for advanced cancer patients are correlated to each other.The absolute value of correlation coefficient is 0.203~0.697 and the difference is significant(P<0.01).Benefit finding has a partial mediating effect between dignity and quality of life,accounting for 58.06%of the total effect.Conclusion Dignity and benefit finding have a nice predictive function on quality of life for advanced cancer patients.Benefit finding has a partial mediating effect between patients’dignity and quality of life.
