摘要
生态话语权问题是21世纪国际社会的焦点问题。习近平生态文明思想是新时代生态话语权建设的根本导向。它能够成功破解生态话语权建设中存在的具体问题,从生态理念、生态价值和生态制度方面为生态话语权建设提供基础保障。习近平生态文明思想是一面鲜艳的旗帜,是引领具体生态话语权建设实践路径的精神标杆。在阐述习近平生态文明思想对于生态话语权建设的价值的基础上,从国际和国内两个层面寻找建设路径:发挥联合国主导作用,创建公正国际平台;疏通国际渠道,保障生态话语掷地有声;全面提升综合国力,夯实话语根基;充分发挥国家制度优势,打造具有中国特色的生态话语体系。
Ecological discourse right is the focus of the international community in the 21st century.XI’s thought on ecological civilization is the fundamental direction of the construction of ecological discourse right in the new era.It can solve the specific problems existing in the construction of ecological discourse right,and provide basic guarantee from the aspects of ecological concept,ecological value and ecological system.It’is a bright banner and a spiritual benchmark to lead the practical path of the construction of ecological discourse right.On the basis of elaborating the value of XI’s thought on ecological civilization in the construction of ecological discourse right,this paper finds practical ways from international and domestic aspects:giving full play to the leading role of the United Nations,constructing an impartial international platform;dredging international channels,guaranteeing ecological discourse resounding;enhancing the comprehensive national strength,consolidating the foundation of ecological discourse;giving full play to the advantages of state institution and building an ecological discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
