摘要
通过添加马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH),制备玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料(PP/GF/PP-g-MAH)。利用PP-g-MAH对玻纤进行化学包覆,在玻纤表面引入非极性高分子链段,增强玻纤与聚丙烯树脂的相容性,形成有机结合的高分子复合材料体系。研究PP-g-MAH的添加量对复合材料的力学性能、成型收缩率及热力学性能的影响。结果表明:PP-g-MAH的加入使复合材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和耐热性能得到提升,使复合材料的成型收缩率降低,可以改善材料成型尺寸的稳定性。当PP-g-MAH添加量为3%,复合材料性能改善效果最佳。
Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites(PP/GF/PP-g-MAH)were prepared by adding maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH).PP-g-MAH were used to chemically coat the glass fiber,and non-polar polymer chain segment was introduced on the surface of the glass fiber,which enhanced the compatibility of glass fiber and polypropylene resin,and formed an organic combined polymer composites system.The effects of PP-g-MAH contents on the mechanical properties,molding shrinkage and thermodynamic properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the addition of PP-g-MAH improves the tensile strength,bending strength,impact strength and heat resistant performance of the composites,and reduces the molding shrinkage of the composites.The dimensional stability of the material molding can be improved.When the amount of PP-g-MAH is 3%,it has the best effect on improving the properties of the composites.
