摘要
海上油气田裸眼长水平井砾石充填防砂完井,易发生早期砂桥、井眼不规则、易发生井壁坍塌,防砂难度大,砾石充填效率难以保证,常规砾石充填技术很难满足海上油气田长水平井砾石充填防砂需求。针对海上长水平井完井难度大的问题,优化设计了旁通筛管结构,通过旁通筛管内预置的旁通管保证携砂液的流动通道可以穿过砂桥或堵塞,在常规砾石充填技术无法完成或风险较高的井况下,使用旁通筛管砾石充填防砂技术可以有效降低施工风险,提高充填效率。海上长水平井旁通筛管砾石充填技术在乐东22-1、文昌13-2、陵水17-2等油气田成功应用,充填效率达到100%以上,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Gravel packing sand control completion of open hole long horizontal wells in offshore oil and gas fields is prone to early sand bridge,hole anomaly and hole collapse.Due to the high difficulty of sand control and the uncertainty of gravel packing efficiency in long horizontal wells in offshore oil and gas fields,it is difficult to meet the needs of gravel packing sand control by using conventional gravel packing technology.In view of the difficult completion of offshore long horizontal wells,the bypass screen structure is optimized and designed.The preset bypass pipe in the bypass screen ensures that the flow channel of carrier fluid can pass through the sand bridge or blockage.The bypass screen gravel packing technology can effectively reduce operation risk and improve packing efficiency in wells where conventional gravel packing technology is not feasible or has high risk.The gravel packing technology of bypass screen in offshore long horizontal wells has been successfully applied in LD22-1,WC13-2,LS17-2 and other oil and gas fields,with the packing efficiency of more than 100%,which has good popularization and application value.
