工业信息安全应急人才培养课程体系研究

Research on the Curriculum System of Industrial Information Security Emergency Personnel Training

随着工业化和信息化不断深入融合,工业信息安全挑战日益加剧。企业对工业信息安全应急人才的需求不断加大,强化工业信息安全应急人才培养迫在眉睫。本文分析了当前工业信息安全应急人才需求,剖析了当前培养课程体系的不足,通过融入最新安全理论和技术,强化实操实战能力课程,设计了一套工业信息安全应急人才培养课程体系,力求能够满足企业对工业信息安全人才培养的需求,进而提升我国工业信息安全应急保障能力。

With the deepening integration of industrialization and informatization, the challenge of industrial information security is increasing. With the increasing demand for industrial information security emergency talents, it is urgent to strengthen the training of industrial information security emergency talents. This paper analyzes the current demand for industrial information security emergency talents and the shortcomings of the current training curriculum system, designs a set of industrial information security emergency personnel training curriculum system by integrating the latest security theory and technology, strengthening the practical operation and combat ability curriculum to meet the needs of enterprises for industrial information security talents, so as to improve the emergency guarantee ability of China’s industrial information security.
