摘要 针对传统视频安全监控系统在电力临时和特殊高危作业中监管灵活性不足、机动性差等问题,本文提出了基于深度学习和计算机视觉,涵盖系统软件、新型移动监控硬件设备的AI智能视频监控系统,并在电力临时和特殊作业实际生产场景中进行该系统的应用落地研究,解决了临时高危作业中人员资质、安全行为、设备、环境等安全风险的实时监控和预警等问题,降低了承包商临时作业的违规行为及安全事故发生风险,填补了临时高危作业安全智能监管的空白。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient supervisory flexibility and poor maneuverability of traditional video security monitoring systems in temporary and special high-risk operations of electricity, this article proposes an AI intelligent video monitoring system based on deep learning and computer vision, covering system software and new mobile monitoring hardware equipment. And conduct research on the application of the system in the actual production scenarios of power temporary and special operations, and solve the problems of real-time monitoring and early warning of safety risks such as personnel qualifications, safety behaviors, equipment, and the environment in temporary highrisk operations, and reduce temporary contractors. Operational violations and the risk of safety accidents have filled the gap in the intelligent supervision of temporary high-risk operations.
