摘要
当前,人工智能芯片行业发展尚处于起步阶段,对人工智能芯片的测评研究仍处于探索阶段,国内外均未建立完善的测评体系,严重制约了人工智能芯片的发展。本文首先介绍了当前人工智能芯片主要的性能衡量和评价指标,总结了现有测评技术的难点,从架构、应用两个层面阐述了国内外测评研究的现状,并对现有方法进行了综合分析,最后对人工智能芯片测评技术未来的研究趋势进行了展望。
At present, the development of the artificial intelligence chip industry is still in its infancy, and the evaluation and research of artificial intelligence chips is still in the exploratory stage. A complete evaluation system has not been established at home and abroad, which severely restricts the development of artificial intelligence chips. This article first introduces the main performance measurement and evaluation indicators of current artificial intelligence chips, summarizes the difficulties of the existing evaluation technology, expounds the current situation of domestic and foreign evaluation research from the two aspects of architecture and application, and conducts a comprehensive analysis of existing methods. Finally, the future research trend of artificial intelligence chip evaluation technology was prospected.
