摘要 随着国内外工控安全事件层出不穷,作为国内最重要的基础设施之一的电力行业,其网络安全的重要性日趋提高。在安全防护措施高度完备的电力监控系统中,变电站的检修运维作业仍然留有一定的风险缺口。本文设计的变电站安全运维策略将通过不同维度的安全防护手段,针对运维人员在检修作业时的行为进行管控,达到降低运维风险,提升系统安全性的目的。 With the endless emergence of industrial security incidents at home and abroad, utility industry as one of the most important infrastructure in China, the importance of its network security is increasing. In the power monitoring system with highly complete security protection measures, there is still a certain risk gap in the maintenance and operation of substation. The substation safety operation and maintenance device designed in this article will control the behavior of operation and maintenance through different dimension of safety protection means, thus to reduce the operation and maintenance risk and improve the system security.
