摘要
试验旨在研究香菇多糖在欧洲鳗鲡饲料中的添加效果。选取规格(7.44±0.18) P、平均重量(824.20±17.28) kg/池的6口欧洲鳗鲡养殖池,随机分为2组,每组3个重复。对照组鳗鲡投喂基础饲料,香菇多糖组在基础饲料中添加480 mg/kg香菇多糖。试验期96 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,香菇多糖组欧洲鳗鲡的增重率、特定生长率、摄食率显著提高(P<0.05);血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量及谷草转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);肝脏丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加480 mg/kg香菇多糖可促进欧洲鳗鲡生长,降低血脂,改善肝脏健康状况。
The experiment studied the effect of adding lentinan in diet of European eel(Anguilla anguilla). The eels with the similar body size of(7.44±0.18) P and the weight of(824.20±17.28) kg/tank cultured in six cement tanks were randomly divided into two treatment groups, with three replicates in each group. The eels in control group were fed with basal feed, and the lentinan group added 480 mg/kg of lentinan in basal feed. The trial period was 96 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feeding rate were significantly increased by lentinan supplementation(P<0.05). The total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein content and the glutamic-oxaloacetate transaminase activity in serum were significantly decreased by lentinan supplementation(P<0.05).The malondialdehyde content in liver was significantly decreased by lentinan supplementation(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that dietary 480 mg/kg lentinan supplementation might effectively promote the growth, decrease serum lipid level, and improve the hepatic health status of European eel.
