宁南山区15个紫花苜蓿品种饲用价值比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 试验旨在研究15个紫花苜蓿品种的生产性能和营养品质,采用灰色关联度分析法对性状进行综合评价,比较品种饲用价值。结果表明,甘农6号、甘农8号和WL298HQ鲜草产量均高于中苜1号。甘农6号干草产量高于中苜1号,株高表现较优;其鲜、干草产量较中苜1号分别增产18.43%、13.28%,株高较中苜1号增加0.25%。各品种干物质(DM)含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。龙牧801的粗蛋白(CP)含量最高,为20.76%;其次为勇士、4030、WL298HQ、7G3、WL-SQT、42IQ、甘农8号和盐宝,以上品种CP含量均显著高于中苜1号(P<0.05)。利用灰色关联度分析法对以上性状进行综合评价,甘农6号、龙牧801、7G3、WL298HQ、甘农8号、42IQ、盐宝和勇士8个品种综合性状较优。研究表明,上述8个品种饲用价值较优,适宜在宁南山区推广利用。 In the study, related indexes of production performance and nutritional quality of 15 alfalfa varieties were measured, and comprehensive evaluation of traits were evaluated by grey relational degree analysis, and the feeding value of varieties were compared. The results showed that the fresh grass yield of Gannong NO.6, Gannong NO.8 and WL298 HQ was higher than Zhongmu NO.1. The hay yield of Gannong NO.6 was higher than Zhongmu NO.1, and the plant height of Gannong NO.6 was also better. The average yield of fresh yield and hay yield of Gannong NO.6 were increased 18.43% and 13.28% compared with Zhongmu NO. 1. There was no significant difference in DM content among different varieties(P>0.05). Longmu 801 had the highest CP content(20.76%), followed by Yong Shi, 4030,WL298 HQ, 7G3, WL-SQT, 42IQ, Gannong NO.8 and Yan Bao, which were significantly higher than that of Zhongmu NO.1(P<0.05). The results showed that Gannong NO.6, Longmu 801, 7G3, WL298 HQ, Gannong NO.8, 42IQ, Yan Bao and Yong Shi were better by grey relational degree analysis. Therefore, the above eight varieties have high feeding value and were suitable for promotion and utilization in mountainous area of Southern Ningxia.
