摘要
植物源多糖是一类广泛存在于天然植物中的高分子聚物质,具有抗病毒、抗氧化、调节免疫等生物活性。文章综述植物多糖的生物活性以及植物多糖替代畜禽抗生素的研究进展,为进一步探索畜禽抗生素替代品提供参考。
Plant polysaccharides are a kind of macromolecule polymers widely existing in natural plants, which have biological activities such as antiviral, antioxidant and regulate immune. The paper reviews the biological activities of plant polysaccharides and the research progress of plant polysaccharides substitute for livestock and poultry antibiotics, to provide reference for further exploration of antibiotic substitutes in livestock and poultry.
