摘要
抗菌肽是具有广谱抗菌活性或者免疫调节功能的小分子多肽。抗菌肽是动物机体先天免疫系统的重要组成部分,细菌不易对其产生耐药性。文章综述抗菌肽的杀菌机制及其在肉鸡生产中的应用进展,为提高肉鸡产业效益和研发抗生素替代品提供参考。
Antimicrobial peptides are small molecular peptides with broad antibacterial activity or immunomodulatory function. Antimicrobial peptides are an important part of the body’s innate immune system and bacteria are not easy to develop resistance to them. The paper reviews the bactericidal mechanism of antimicrobial peptides and application in broiler production, to provide reference for improving the benefits of broiler industry and developing antibiotic substitutes.
