摘要
冰鲜杂鱼可加速动物生长,但饲料利用率低,对水体环境和食品安全形成极大威胁。与冰鲜杂鱼相比,配合饲料的营养全面均衡、饵料系数低、对水体污染小、有益于动物健康,能够降低病害发生。文章综述冰鲜杂鱼的优势和弊端,配合饲料替代冰鲜杂鱼的最新研究进展,旨为推进配合饲料在水产养殖中的研究和应用提供参考。
Iced trash fish can accelerate the growth rate of animals, but the low feed utilization rate poses a great threat to water environment and food safety. Compared with chilled fish, compound feed has comprehensive and balance nutrition,lower feed coefficient and less water pollution, which is beneficial to animal health and can reduce the occurrence of diseases. The paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of chilled hybrid fish, and the latest research progress of substitution of chilled hybrid fish with compound feed, to provide reference for promoting the research and application of compound feed in aquaculture.
