碳酸氢钠耳浴联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎临床效果及对真菌转阴率的影响

Clinical curative effect of sodium bicarbonate for ear bath combined with triamcinolone econazole cream on fungal otitis externa and its influences on negative conversion ratio of fungi

目的探讨碳酸氢钠耳浴联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎临床效果及对真菌转阴率的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月本院治疗的102例真菌性外耳道炎患者,利用简单随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组51例,对照组给予碳酸氢钠耳浴,观察组给与碳酸氢钠耳浴联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为98.04%明显高于对照组的86.27%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月随访复发率和6个月随访复发率分别为2.00%、4.00%均低于对照组的13.64%、20.45%(P<0.05)。结论碳酸氢钠耳浴联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎临床效果良好,可促进真菌转阴。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of sodium bicarbonate for ear bath combined with triamcinolone econazole cream on fungal otitis externa and its influences on negative conversion ratio of fungi.Methods During the period from January 2018 to December 2019,102 patients with fungal otitis externa who were admitted to the hospital were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group by simple random sampling method,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium bicarbonate for ear bath combined,while observation group was treated with sodium bicarbonate for ear bath combined with triamcinolone econazole cream.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(98.04%vs 86.27%)(P<0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,recurrence rates by follow-up in observation group were 2.00%and 4.00%,which were lower than those in control group(13.64%,20.45%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical curative effect of sodium bicarbonate for ear bath combined with triamcinolone econazole cream is good on fungal otitis externa,which can promote negative conversion of fungi.
