摘要
昆明春之眼商业中心项目钢板剪力墙钢筋安装施工中,基于异形钢板墙与钢筋连接复杂节点形式,通过BIM技术进行碰撞分析,针对不同连接节点进行深化设计。结合节点钢筋受力特点,按焊接、机械连接等连接形式的适用性和具体点位提出技术可行、便捷高效的安装方式,在厚钢板、密筋网的条件下,保证组合结构受力充分、安装快速。
During steel plate shear wall construction of Kunming Eye of Spring Commercial Center project,considering the complex node between specially-shaped steel sheet wall and steel bar,BIM technique was used to carry out collision analysis and in-depth design of different connection nodes.Based on the force on node steel bar,installation method with technical feasibility,high convenience and favorable efficiency was proposed for different connection modes,such as welding and mechanically connecting.sufficient structure force bearing and fast installation were guaranteed under thick steel sheet and dense steel bars.
